Rumsfeld Said to Have Fled France to Avoid Arrest on Torture Charges

After torture charges were filed against Donald Rumsfeld while he was in France for meetings this week, an unconfirmed report says the U.S. embassy had to whisk him away from a breakfast meeting and out of the country yesterday to avoid arrest.
